The problem

Everyone does their part. The property still gets a binder.

A designer specs the products. A purchasing firm buys them. Every company in the chain does careful work — and what finally reaches the property is a document that's out of date the day it arrives.

What Glue does

Context at the moment someone needs it.

A torn chair stops being a mystery

Someone photographs a problem on the pool deck. The spec number, manufacturer, install date and warranty status are already attached — because Glue knows what's in that space.

The message to the supplier writes itself. No hunting through a binder to work out who to call.

A stain stops being a guessing game

Setup includes cataloging your chemical closet. So the answer isn't generic advice — it's the product that's actually on your shelf, at the right dilution, for the specific finish in that room.

And just as importantly, what not to reach for. Some of what's in a housekeeping closet will quietly void the warranty on the carpet it's being used on.

⚠ Avoid — on the same shelf

High-pH degreaser and chlorine bleach. Both degrade nylon fibre and void the Shaw warranty.

Patterns no one person could catch

Housekeeping flags something in seconds — photograph it, done. Because every flag ties to a specific product, the picture builds itself.

The same in-room refrigerator failing across six rooms in a season. A nightstand power module replaced in fourteen rooms — still under warranty in every one of them. Not because anyone missed it, but because it happened across three shifts and eleven people.

If you're building or renovating

This is the only moment the information all exists at once.

Everyone in the chain has it in front of them right now. Your designer, your purchasing firm, your contractor. Eight months from now it's a binder — and every month after that, it decays.

Capture it during the project

  • Specs are current and complete
  • Warranty start dates are known exactly
  • Vendor contacts are live relationships
  • Your purchasing firm still has the FF&E package open
  • Turnover punch list runs in Glue from day one

Or reconstruct it later

  • Whatever survived two GMs and a shared drive
  • Install dates inferred, not recorded
  • Warranties expired before anyone knew they existed
  • Reps have changed; contacts are stale
  • Somebody walks the property with a clipboard
Founding properties

We're onboarding a small first group.

Deliberately small, because we do the onboarding ourselves and we want to do it properly. Founding properties shape what gets built next.

We catalog your property. Assets, spaces, vendors and your chemical closet. You don't lift anything.
Founding pricing, locked. Per property, never per seat.
Direct line to the founders. Not a support queue.
Your roadmap input counts. Most of what's here came from property teams.
Ninety days. If it isn't earning its place, tell us and we stop.
Whole team access. Housekeeping, engineering, front office, management.
